Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every purchase from Hundred Haat or any brand listed on this site. The seller in every case is Upsurge Labs LLP ("we", "us"), Building No. 13, 2nd and 3rd Floor, ST Bed Colony, Above Kotak Mahindra Bank, 80 Feet Main Road, Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560034, India.
1. Orders
An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds on our Razorpay payment link and we send you a confirmation. We may decline an order (for example an unserviceable pin code or custom artwork we cannot make); if so, we refund the full amount.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in INR and shown on each brand's page and on the payment link. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.
3. Personalised and custom items
For personalised products (names, signboard text) you approve the text or proof before production. Please check spellings; we produce exactly what you approve.
4. Services
Services (such as a plot check-in visit) are performed on the date agreed with you. The report is delivered digitally.
5. Digital goods
Digital goods are delivered by email or chat after payment and are for your personal or committee use; they may not be resold.
6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues are solved in a day.
