Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy applies to orders paid to Upsurge Labs LLP for Hundred Haat brands.
1. Where we deliver
Physical products ship to serviceable pin codes in India. Some brands deliver only within Bengaluru; this is stated on the brand's page. We confirm serviceability before you pay.
2. Dispatch
Ready products dispatch within 2 working days of payment. Personalised items dispatch within 2 working days of your proof approval.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days within India, depending on your location and the courier. Local Bengaluru deliveries are usually same or next day. Tracking is shared once the order ships.
4. Services and digital goods
Service reports and digital goods are delivered by email or WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours of payment or of the service visit. Nothing is physically shipped.
5. Shipping charges
Any delivery charge is shown on the payment link before you pay.
6. Delays and non-delivery
If your order is late beyond the stated time or does not arrive, contact us. We trace it with the courier and either re-ship or refund you in full.
